In addition to the duties for the staff positions listed below, most of our staff are Bunk Counselors, living and working with a group of campers. Leadership positions are also available for each of our departments and bunk areas.

In addition to these seasonal summer positions, as part of our goal to transforms lives through the arts, Appel Farm hires five Interns annually, who focus on specific aspects of programming and operation throughout the year.
